BBE 20-4-19 Stone teamed up with Lervig for their final Stone UNIQCAN release for 2018: a hot-fermented “Kveik” IPA. “Kveik” is one of the many Norwegian words for yeast – specifically yeast used in farmhouse brewing. The yeast used in this beer ferments hotter than most and brings in strong pineapple, tangerine and other tropical flavors.
